Only what you type into the inquiry form: name, email, phone, Instagram (optional), where you live, where you want to get tattooed, motif, body zone, your description of the idea, color direction, your reference photos, and your confirmation that you are 18 or older.

We do not ask for or store payment details on this site.

To read your inquiry, reply to you, and arrange the session if the project moves forward. Nothing else. We do not sell your information, do not share it with advertisers, and do not send marketing email.

Three providers, each with one job: Supabase stores the inquiry and your photos, Resend delivers the email, Vercel hosts the site. All three operate in the United States and process the data only to provide that service.

The studio map loads its tiles from CARTO (basemaps.cartocdn.com), so your IP address reaches that provider when you open the page showing it. That is the only third-party request that happens without any action from you.

This site sets no cookies for visitors. No analytics, no pixels, no advertising or third-party cookies.

There is a single technical cookie, e444_admin, and it is created only when the site administrator signs into the private panel. As a visitor, you never get one.

The language you pick (English or Spanish) is saved in your browser's local storage so you don't have to choose it on every page. It stays on your device and is never sent to a server.

We keep the inquiry while the project is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you get back in touch or the history of a piece needs checking. If you want it deleted sooner, ask and we'll do it.

You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Write to info@xavicanti.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

If you're writing from the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR applies: your legal basis is the consent you give by submitting the form, and you can withdraw it at any time. If you live in California, the CCPA gives you equivalent rights — we do not sell or share personal information as that law defines it.

The studio only tattoos people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor sent us information, tell us and we'll delete it.

Data travels encrypted and is stored in services with restricted access. No system is airtight, but we keep nothing we don't need, and nobody outside the studio can see your inquiry.

If this policy changes, we update the date above. Significant changes are announced on this page.
